1) Do you ship to countries outside the US?
At the moment, we ship only to US customers. But we are working on the logistics to be able to cover as many countries as possible. Please follow our social media accounts or subscribe to our newsletter so you will be the first one to know once we got you covered!
2) When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Order processing is 2 to 4 days before shipping out. Please refer to our Shipping page for the estimated delivery times per country.
3) I need the item tomorrow. Do you have expedited shipping?
We do not have next day expedited shipping. Our items ship from outside the US so please order from us only if you can wait. Please refer to FAQ Item 2 for the estimated delivery time. You may also get in touch with us at contact [at] inallmodesty [dot] com before placing your order so we can check our logistics if we will be able to help you receive your order sooner, but definitely not tomorrow.
4) I do not have a Paypal account. Can I pay by credit card?

5) Is it safe to put my credit card number into this website?
Yes. Our shop has SSL certificate with 256-bit encryption so you can shop with confidence. Notice the SSL padlock icon in our URL:
We do not store any of your credit card information as it is handled by Paypal and we will never share your personal information with anyone else. We do not even have access to your credit card information.
6) I have completed placing my order but I just realized I want a totally different size or item than what I ordered. Can I change my order?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority so we automatically send a confirmation email for you to check again if you have entered the correct order details. We encourage you to get in touch with us within 24 hours if you made a mistake in your order and we will check if we can still make the necessary correction(s). Once we have started processing your order, we can no longer accept changes. If you have any concern regarding your order, please send an email as quickly as possible to contact [at] inallmodesty [dot] com.
7) Can I change the shipping address after I have placed an order?

8) I placed an order, but I did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Kindly check your Spam or Junk folder to see if your confirmation email is there. If you are still unable to find it please drop us a message at contact [at] inallmodesty [dot] com.
9) Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped out which is 2 to 4 days after order confirmation, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a tracking site where you can see the status of your order. Once you have the tracking number, you can also go to this page to track your order: https://inallmodesty.com/pages/track-my-order.
Please keep in mind that the system is sometimes a little slower than real time so it can take up to 10 days before the tracking information is available, although most of the time, it is available within 2 to 3 days.
10) I ordered 2 items but only received 1. Where is the other item?
Sometimes items are shipped in separate packages because they come from different manufacturers. Expect that your other item(s) will be delivered soon.
11) The status of my package in the tracking site has not changed for several days. What is going on?
When it comes to international shipping, tracking updates are not always frequent or consistent. This is perfectly normal. There are a few possible reasons for this. One is the order changes couriers several times which causes logistical delays. Another reason is simply because courier's employees do not always scan the tracking barcodes as they should. Some packages arrive safe and sound to the customer without a single tracking update. That is pretty rare but it has happened.
One of the most common reasons that your order is not moving is because it is being held by customs for inspections. There are also packages held in the post office. In any of these cases, wait for a notice from your local customs or post office on how you can claim your package.
12) My tracking number shows that my order was delivered but I did not receive it.
i) Please confirm that you provided us with the correct shipping address.
ii) Check with other people living in your house as well as neighbors to make sure someone did not bring it in or set it aside on your behalf.
iii) Send us an email at contact [at] inallmodesty [dot] com and please provide us with the following information:
a. Your order number
b. Your shipping address
13) My tracking information says my package been "Returned to Sender".
As described in FAQ Item 6, we give our customers a chance to check and double check the order details. With that, all customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and monitoring their order(s) while in transit as important updates are often added to the tracking information, i.e. "Delivery failed - package is waiting at the local post office for the next XX days before it is returned to sender."
In All Modesty may not be held responsible when customers fail to accept orders or claim packages from the post office that are listed as "Unclaimed". While In All Modesty may not also be held responsible for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer on the order page and failure to provide correct information within 24 hours after order placement, we still try to extend help to our valued customers in locating packages. 14) I never received my order or I received a wrong item or size. Do you accept returns or requests for refunds?

Where is your store located?
We are an e-commerce store that deals exclusively online. We do not have a physical storefront.

Most of our items are shipped from China.
