- How do you ship and what is the pricing?
Our shipping cost structure is simple. You only pay $2.99 shipping fee per order, no matter how many items you have in an order! Another good thing is that shipping fee is waived if your total order is at least $75!
- Why did my order not arrive in one package?
We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, Malaysia and Singapore). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order to grant a fast receiving. This means, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic, if you don’t receive all of your items at once, they are on the way. Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to customers’ order.
- Which destinations do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. However, due to security reasons, we can’t deliver a shipment to a military area.

- When will my order arrive?
We ship out from multiple international warehouses. Thus, several factors affects shipping time such as warehouse location, product demand, current stock and if the item requires some handcrafting work in advance.
Processing Time & Tracking: Processing time for all products is 3 – 5 days.
Shipping Times (once the order is shipped out):
USA: 10 – 26 business days
UK: 10 – 26 business days
Australia: 10 – 26 business days
Canada: 10 – 26 business days
Western Europe: 10 – 30 business days
Mexico, Peru and South America: 30-90 business days (as the parcel has to travel around the entire globe)
Rest of world: 10 – 40 business days
- Where is my order? (Order tracking)
When your item has been shipped out, you will immediately receive a confirmation email.
If you have received a tracking code, then please click the link provided in the email to go directly to the courier’s website.
If tracking does not work, please try it again by visiting www.17track.net.
In the unlikely event, a package gets lost, we will either resend the item or refund you the full amount.
Note: International delivery to some countries and its couriers do not offer tracking codes, in some exceptional cases.
- When will my tracking information appear?
Once you receive a tracking code, please note that tracking systems are sometimes a little slower than real time so it can take up to 10 days before the tracking information becomes available. Although most of the time, tracking updates appear within 2 to 3 days.
- Where do you ship from?
We have warehouses all around the globe, but most of our items are being shipped from Hong Kong or Singapore. That means that your order is coming from overseas and it will demand a longer delivery than a domestic delivery. Delivery times within Asia or locations nearby demand shorter delivery times – whereas – locations like Canada and South America demand the longest delivery times.
- I did not receive my order but tracking status is Delivered.
Please check around your neighbourhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.
We will always do our best to assist you, but STORE does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact your local post office or the courier company to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.
As we do not have control once we hand out the package to the carrier, a refund will not be granted in case it is being suggested that the parcel was delivered.
In other cases, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
- Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us within 24 hours if you want to change or cancel your order.
Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. You should have received a confirmation email with your tracking number.
- I need the item tomorrow. Do you provide expedited shipping?
We do not have next day expedited shipping. Our items ship from outside the US so please order from us only if you can wait. Please refer to FAQ – WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE? for the estimated delivery time.
You may also get in touch with us before placing your order so we can check our logistics if we will be able to help you receive your order sooner, but definitely not tomorrow.
We accept PayPal, credit card, and debit card payments.
- I do not have a Paypal account. How can I pay using a credit or debit card?
Please note that we use PayPal to accept credit or debit card payments. You do NOT need a PayPal account if you prefer to pay by credit or debit card.
Just ignore the PayPal login and click the Pay with Debit or Credit.
